With Shabazz Muhammad headed to UCLA and Nerlens Noel most likely headed to Georgetown, the CatsPause is reporting that UK is close to getting a commitment from Anthony Bennett.  How soon could this happen, well know one really knows but it could happen really quickly.  There have been several reports that after Muhammad and Noel announce we could see the other guys start making their decisions faster than expected.  Anthony Bennett would be a huge get for the Cats and would surely put a smile on Coach Cal’s face.

Just like all of the other recruiting news out there, it can change faster than anything.  But when Chris Fisher and some of the other guys out there are saying they are hearing good things then you have to think something good is right around the corner.

UPDATE: With Noel choosing UK, one has to wonder if this changes anything for Bennett?  The Cats are still in good position but only time will tell….
