Tonight’s game at Memorial Collesium is a game that was so much fun to watch. I have to admit I am jealous of all those fans who can say they watched a game at Memorial…the place where there is so much tradition. With so much speculation of what is going on with our program the team showed up with heart. They were impressive and as I watched Liggins jump off the bench in celebration I couldn’t help but to think about how special Memorial is. Patterson hustled all over the court, diving for balls, scraping for rebounds and fighting his way through the lane. Meeks worked hard for every shot continuously cutting hard and never giving up. Miller showed a confidence we all have been waiting for. Perry, well what do you say? What a dunk, oh my gosh, what a dunk! Of course I have to mention Ramon Harris who had a great first half and good overall game. All of the players looked like they were enjoying themselves and that is important.
It was not a perfect game, but it was fun and thats what it is all about. This was the one game that I really enjoyed and hope all of the fans did as well. Good job Cats, lets keep it rolling.
