Colin Cowherd?


Colin Cowherd has made a statement today that should probably make a lot of UK fans ticked off especially for the comparison that he uses.  Here is the statement…
“Cal is to coaching what Michael Jackson is to babysitting, either way there are going to be violations.” – Colin Cowherd
Whether or not you like Cal or not and if you feel that he is a cheater or not, it is a little extreme to compare him to a child molester.  In fact as I have said many times on this blog, most people who are calling out Coach Cal have not done proper research.  Colin has a history of saying things just to stir people up and that is in fact what his goal of this comment is.  Colin is an annoying ESPN talk show host that some people may like, but he is one of those guys who just gets on most peoples last nerve. I would say thats about as low as it gets as far as comparisons and he should be embarrassed by that comment. So, if Cal is to coaching what Michael Jackson is to babysitting, then I think it would be fair to say that Colin Cowheard is to talk radio what Miss South Carolina 2007 is to beauty pageants.

    when during the show was this comment made?
    i’ve downloaded today’s podcast and i’m having a difficult time finding it — during 3rd hour a caller phones in from california, mentions that b/c sosa corked his bat why wouldn’t he use steroids and this prompts Cowherd to bring up Calipari, but i can’t seem to find Michael JAckson comment
    any help would be appreciated

    Don’t get worked up by anything Cowherd says. His entire goal is getting people excited. By getting mad you are playing right into his hand.

    I think someone needs to kick this guys ass- hes talking about Cal. He is a Southern Cal fan, lets take a second and look at the shape the football AND basketball programs are in. The football program is gonna get the death penalty so before u come into someone elses house U BETTER CLEAN YOUR OWN FRICKEN HOUSE u pathetic loser
