That is precisely why I refuse release the names that I have been given. It is out of respect for the players, their families, UK and also for the court system who apparently is not saying anything for one reason or another. If it is such public information then where are the public records and why has no one gone to get them? If anyone is arrested or otherwise charged with criminal activity then that is public information. The police publish DUI suspect's photos in local newspapers (prior to anyone being being convicted) across the country. A court employee saying that Micah being charged with this or that and the various scenarios that may result are not crimes or even irresponsible actions. As for the players involved what were they thinking, or not. UK unlike other programs in ths SEC can't afford these types of off field stunts. Two summers in a row and key players in trouble.
